Questions before you start
What data does it show?
Nearby primary and secondary schools, straight-line distances, Ofsted headlines and inspection dates, plus admissions history where available. Click a school for results, sources and more detail. The underlying sources include DfE, Ofsted and published council allocation reports.
How accurate are the chances?
Past offers are a guide, not a promise. Distances start at the postcode centre, not the property's front door. Siblings, faith, ability bands, changing demand and council measurement rules matter. Selective schools, nodal points and catchment priorities get a caveat instead of a distance-based chance.
What if a school isn't covered?
We show the school's available information without guessing an admissions chance. Cut-off coverage is strongest in London; most councils outside London do not yet have admissions figures here. Missing Ofsted data is labelled clearly.
Can I remove the credit?
No. The small “School data by Schools in Reach” credit stays visible and links to Schools in Reach. Each school name also links to its own school page, where families can check the detail.
How do I cancel?
Reply to your widget welcome email to cancel before your next monthly renewal. There is no minimum term. After cancellation, your listings show the free preview.
How many branches does one subscription cover?
One branch, with its property listings on your approved domains. Each additional branch is another £29 per month (£19 on the founding offer) and has its own agent ID. Tell us your branch names and domains when we arrange your widget code.
What happens without an active subscription?
The free preview shows the three nearest schools with Ofsted information and a link for estate agents to try the full widget. It does not show admissions chances.
